Earning cash as a gallery dumper
UserCash
UserCash is a program that allows you to earn money by placing links on websites/blogs/forums/newsgroups/... it's easy! Every time someone clicks on a link posted by you, you get paid! The only thing you have to do is run your links/posts through their link generator/compiler before posting, it's very easy... They will regenerate your post instantly and replace your old links with paying ones (up to 200 at a time). Your new paying links will still point to the same URL as before but this time with a small banner on top that will make you money! Besides these top frame redirects we also provide landing page redirects that will even make you more money (being more intrusive, but still not aggressive).
They also have a nice option for forum owners and webmasters, in the form of a JavaScript. Just add a simple code to your website and all your outgoing links will be converted into paying links on the fly, pointing to the old URL. This will not make your website load slower in any way, links are automatically converted after your website is completely loaded. The only difference in your links is that there is added a banner on top, this banner will make you money!
They pay out up to 70% of our income to our members. Up to 60% of the total income your own redirects make (depends on the geographical date of your hits) + 10% of the total income redirects from people you referred make. At this time our advertising income is $1 every 9999 for top frame redirects and $1 every 3999 for landing page redirects.

Layer-Ads
Layer-Ads pays 1.5 euro for 1000 layers. They pay for German traffic (and some other countries). Payment is available with PayPal or directly to a bank account, but both can take up to two months.
They used to be a real goldmine: 3 euro for 1000 German, UK and US layer views and payments within the week, but those days have passed. They're still worth it now in my opinion.
UPDATE: They started paying again for US, UK and other traffic. The other layer sites screwed me so I went back to Layer-Ads. I'm not earning as much as in the golden days, but it's still very good and much better than Bin-Layer and Euros4Click.

Adult AdWorld
Adult AdWorld is a reliable program with a lot of options. They have a program for CPM (banners and popunders), raw clicks, blind clicks, textads and CPA. Payment is available with ePassporte and checks. The downside is that the user interface is a real nightmare. If you want to make changes to your account, you have to contact them by email and hope they respond.

Clicksor offer a variety of advertisements: banners, text links, inline text links, popunders, layer ads, xml search feeds, ... I used their popunder, which pays quite good.
Clicksor pays twice per month, via Check or PayPal. Very reliable!

Click Thru Cash
Click Thru Cash is a Pay Per Click program that pays you $0.05 per unique click on banners that you place on your site. You have a wide variety of banners available. Minimum payout is $100 and payments are available through ePassporte, check and wire.

AdBrite/AVN Ads
AdBrite/AVN Ads is a Pay Per Click (PPC) site that allows you to sell advertising space on your site, at your prices. It also runs network ads, so selling your own ads is optional. They pay good, but the downside is the net-60 payment: you have to wait 60 days after earning the money before they send your check. They also have CPM banners which pay good (=better than AAW), as long as they can fill the adspace for all adviews. Check is the only payment method.
The difference between AdBrite and AVN Ads? AVN Ads is for adult sites, AdBrite is for the rest.
